PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the first evaluation is $350.00 plus GST (Payable by cheque, cash, Visa or Mastercard). The Ontario government will send a subsidy cheque to you for $150.00. The second evaluation will cost $185.00 plus GST. Additional charges may apply for travel or houses more then 3500 sq. ft. (not including basement).
